Save for urgent or interim relief, which may be granted by a competent court, in the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between you and PLUMBLINK on any matter provided for in, or arising out of these Terms and Conditions, and not resolved through the Customer Relations Department of PLUMBLINK, then such dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the Expedited Rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Johannesburg in English.

PLUMBLINK strives to provide the best possible service to its customers and has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure all its staff and suppliers are fully aware of, and comply with the Consumer Protection Act. The Customer shall notify the Company in writing of any patent damage to goods at the time of delivery, failing which the Company shall not be liable for such damage
No claims of any nature will be recognised unless lodged with the Company by the Customer in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We will exchange or refund products provided there is a valid proof of purchase. The goods must also be in a saleable condition and in its original packing. The Company reserves the right to withhold refund payments until such time as it is satisfied that the goods have been paid for and have been cleared by the company's bankers
The Company shall not be liable for any defect in goods supplied, whether latent or patent, save as expressly stipulated in any manufacturer's warranty furnished by the Company in respect of specified goods. No warranty will be observed in respect of plumbing materials supplied unless same have been installed by a registered plumber
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any colour and/or size discrepancies in batches of the same articles of goods supplied.
When the Company is required to procure the manufacture and/or supply goods to the Customers' specifications and/or drawings , or those of the customers nominees, the Company accepts no responsibility for the efficiency or workability of such goods. Furthermore , the Customers ' specifications and/or drawings shall be deemed to have been given to the Company for description purposes only and shall not form part of the contract.
Should the Company agree to accept the return of any goods for credit, the Customer shall be liable to pay the Company a handling charge of not less that 15% of the invoiced price of the goods so returned
How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid PLUMBLINK, once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, you will receive the refund in one of the following ways
- Electronic transfer directly into your account (allow at least 10 working days)
- Cash (if the original payment was made in cash)
- Credit card (by reversal back to your credit card and subject to banking delays)
PLUMBLINK undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the secure and timeous delivery of all your purchases.

PLUMBLINK delivers only to addresses within the Republic of South Africa. Please check your order, contact, and address details carefully before you submit it as changes cannot be made once you have received confirmation of your order.
Before the possession of the product/s can take place, the credit card used to purchase the product will need to be produced.
Should you request PLUMBLINK deliver the product/s to your physical address, then you should note that all orders will be delivered during normal working hours (between 08h30 and 17h00) on week days only, and will be delivered in due course. Orders paid for by EFT will take 48 to 72 hours longer to deliver as we need to confirm receipt of funds into the relevant PLUMBLINK Bank Account. Please ensure that there is somebody available at the premises to receive the order. The cost of the delivery will be as displayed on the website at the time of making your purchase. This may vary from time to time and may change without notice.
The following procedure must be followed when receiving the order:
- Please ensure that the PLUMBLINK sealing tape securing your parcel is unbroken and the parcel is undamaged. In the unlikely event that the tape is broken or the parcel damaged, the following may occur:
- You may inspect the order against the Delivery Note to ensure that everything is correct before signing the Proof of Delivery document. Should any item/s be missing or damaged, this will be noted on the Delivery Note and both you and the courier/PLUMBLINK representative will initial next to the notation; or
- You may sign for the order without inspecting it; however, this will be noted on the Delivery Note. The courier/PLUMBLINK representative will then initial the Delivery Note, and in the unlikely event that any product/s is found to be missing thereafter, PLUMBLINK will not accept responsibility for said product/s; or
- You may request the courier/PLUMBLINK representative to return the parcel, clearly stating the reasons as to why on the Delivery Note. Thereafter, you will be contacted by a PLUMBLINK representative in due course.
PLUMBLINK makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on our website is up to date and accurate at all times. However, should an ordered item be out of stock, or any other delay in delivery will occur, every effort will be made to contact and inform you of same and, if necessary, make alternative arrangements.
You may make payment of your order charges, as well as the delivery fees (as applicable), online by providing PLUMBLINK with your credit card details. Kindly note that PLUMBLINK accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa; Visa Debit; and
- MasterCard; MasterCard Debit.
PLUMBLINK will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery or collection (as applicable) which specifies the total fees and charges for the Products in the order.
PLUMBLINK reserves the right to apply or remove discounts on selected products and baskets at any set period of time and may change without any notice. These discounts will only apply to transactions submitted, paid for, and completed on the www.plumblink.co.za website and may not be claimed for in store purchases.
No discount will apply to a product if it is not indicated on the website as such.
Discount only applicable during the dates stated in the Terms and Conditions.
PLUMBLINK reserves the right to cancel or alter any of the above policies, at its sole discretion, from time to time.
